Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations by handling various administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and communication support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations:
  • Data entry and document management, including scanning, faxing, and printing documents.
  • Mail processing, including organizing and mailing documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and communications.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Ensure that all reports and documents are completed with high attention to detail.
  • Record and document information accurately for easy retrieval and future reference.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate to Strong knowledge required).
  • Ability to efficiently use office equipment such as scanners, printers, and fax machines.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch errors in documentation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Punctual and dependable with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Additional certifications in administrative functions or office management would be an advantage.
