Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operations Manager at Inline Fiberglass Ltd. located in Toronto, ON. The Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and managing the production team to meet company goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Operations Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Quality Control skills
- Experience in leading and managing production teams
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the fiberglass or entrance door manufacturing industry is a must.
