What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for AI-powered tax preparation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product roadmaps and enhance customer experiences
- Analyze customer problems and business needs to offer innovative product solutions
- Take ownership of product features, ensuring performance and reliability to delight clients
- Stay updated on AI technology trends to inspire and guide product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in fintech and creating tax & accounting SaaS products strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI, ML, Gen AI, RPA technologies is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments

- Experience in delivering projects utilizing AI and related technologies
- Demonstrated high energy and collaborative approach to drive product outcomes
- Previous experience in tax preparation or accounting sectors
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
