Our client, a leading player in the construction and development industry known for delivering high-quality residential properties to clientele, is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Care Supervisor to join their team. If you're passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding quality standards, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
Lead and train the Customer Care Team to provide exemplary service.
Serve as a professional and ethical representative to customers and employees.
Maintain the highest quality standards in their construction projects.
Implement an efficient document management system for customer databases, warranties, quality control, and more.
Assist in conducting Strata audits.
Monitor and follow up on service requests and claims.
Coordinate with trades for repairs and corrections.
Schedule meetings and facilitate communication between homeowners and trades.
Elevate the customer service experience during Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs).
Oversee the resolution of deficiencies in newly constructed buildings.
Provide assistance in completing repairs and touch-ups as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of customer service experience, with 1-2 years in the Construction & Development sector (including 1-2 years of supervisory experience).
High School Diploma, complemented by a degree or diploma related to the industry.
Valid driver's license for travel between project sites.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric orientation.
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and exercise sound judgment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail and a highly organized disposition.
Self-motivation and adaptability.
Proficiency in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
