Notre client est une entrepreneur général bien établi sur le marché depuis plusieurs années. Cette entreprise se concentre sur la construction de bâtiments résidentiels, commerciaux et institutionnels. Elle s'est forgé une excellente réputation auprès de sa clientèle, ce qui lui a permis d'obtenir un grand nombre de contrats réguliers. Les projets qu'elle gère comprennent des espaces de bureaux d'entreprise, des établissements d'accueil, des commerces de détail, des bâtiments publics/municipaux, des écoles, tours à condos et d'autres projets de cette nature. L'entreprise cherche à étendre ses activités sur le Grand Montréal et est à la recherche d'un estimateur pour se joindre à son équipe.

Votre nouveau rôle

En tant qu'estimateur, vous ferez partie intégrante de l'expansion des opérations de l’entreprise. Sous la supervision du gestionnaire pré-construction, le titulaire du poste analyse les coûts de construction et prépare les soumissions dans le but d'obtenir le contrat permettant à l’entreprise d'en faire la construction. Vous préparerez des estimations pour les sous-traitants, les matériaux et la main-d'œuvre selon les plans et les spécifications des clients. L'entreprise étant en pleine croissance, le candidat devra créer et entretenir des relations avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs pour les projets futurs.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir

Le candidat idéal aura l'esprit d'équipe et d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication. Il doit avoir une formation technique pertinente ainsi qu'un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience locale en estimation auprès d'un entrepreneur général. Une excellente connaissance des applications Windows et des logiciels d'estimation serait considérée comme un atout.

• Détenir la carte ASP santé sécurité sur les chantiers ou être disposé à suivre la formation;

• Démontre des forces de leadership et d'autonomie;

• Avoir un bon sens du travail d’équipe;

• Maîtrise du français parlé et écrit (anglais un atout)
