Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Quantity Surveyor / Estimator. The Professional Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will be responsible for conducting cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role is primarily located in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
  • Experience in creating BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  • Strong knowledge of cost planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
  • Experience with construction cost software is a plus
