Job Title: Project/Program Manager III

Job Description

Seeking a highly capable Project/Program Manager to oversee all aspects of projects or programs, ensuring timely completion within set parameters. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and providing detailed reports on the project status to upper management. The successful candidate will lead and direct the work of others, utilizing a blend of creativity and latitude in decision-making. This position typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The main goal is to do revamp of existing warehouse facilities and to do the upgrade projects for the equipment. This will need expertise in mechanical engineering to support the work. A P.Eng is needed to be eligible for the position as it is a mix of engineering and project management.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Calgary, Alberta and some days remote from other locations across the country/province (travel and accommodation paid). The job is 80% travelling and therefore the candidate must be okay with extensive travelling.

Work Environment

Hybrid work setup with free parking available. Work schedule includes Monday and Friday as travel days, with on-site work from Monday to Friday, potentially extending into weekends depending on project demands.
