About the RoleAs a Media Budget Manager at Adcore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the allocation of media budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with available funds.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the company, while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Monitor media expenditures on a daily basis to ensure compliance with allocated budgets and prevent overspending.
- Manage the setup of billing with media suppliers.
- Responsibility for media insurance coverage and mitigating credit risks.
- Generate reports on media spending, budget utilization, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and procurement, to align media budgeting efforts with overall business objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for media budget inquiries from both external customers and internal teams.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and consistency across billing processes.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Economics or other financially-related fields.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with an affinity for numbers and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team player and provide high-quality service.
- Proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated learner with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge in digital advertising platforms (Google ads, Meta, MSFT) - a significant advantage.
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday.
- Offices are located in the Port of Tel Aviv, Hybrid mode is on
