Our expectations
The primary objective of this role is to provide technical assistance to external vendors in EDI transmissions. You will need to demonstrate technical problem solving skills and a passion for technology and strong EDI skills. You will be expected to work collaboratively with multiple teams to provide the best possible service.
Your role
- Monitor data exchanges between our systems and external partners;
- Manage reported incidents and correct each case in a timely manner;
- Work with internal teams on projects;
- Be responsible for the quality of the work assigned to him/her;
- Stay abreast of technological advances to help develop our best practices;
- All other related tasks
The qualifications we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or technical college diploma in computer science, programming or software/computer engineering;
- Bilingualism; French and English, oral and written;
- Knowledge of EDI concepts and standards;
- Ability to handle a high volume of requests, triage, prioritize.
- Must be able to collaborate, work with multiple teams.
- Must have good adaptability, analytical and communication skills;
- Ability to plan work and manage time effectively;
- Must be results oriented;
- Collaborative spirit.
