Protecting travellers – and supporting those responsible for their safety – is our business. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our 3 operation centres in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, responding to the need for help we receive from travellers across the globe.


So, what’s the job?

  • You’ll have full ownership and accountability for employee lifecycle activities and HR initiatives
  • You’ll work with relevant business partners to support work across key client areas
  • You’ll analyse and consult with your client group on employee metrics such as engagement, turnover, onboarding and absenteeism
  • You’ll guide, coach and influence managers on HR and ER matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
  • You’ll manage end to end coordination and support of HR processes including Performance Management, Performance and Salary Reviews, Recruitment and Employee Onboarding
  • You’ll manage and assist with allocated HR projects and initiatives


And what are we looking for?

  • You’ll bring at least 3 years’ experience in a HR related role
  • You’ll have broad knowledge and understanding of HR/ER related frameworks, legislation, and industrial awards
  • You’ll have strong experience managing ER-related matters, and be comfortable coaching people leaders and employees through ER proceedings
  • You’ll have an understanding of local national employment standards
  • You’ll be digitally literate, with experience working with a range of Microsoft and HR applications
  • You’ll be a self-starter with a strong willingness to learn
  • You'll be available for a 6-month contract
