Description de tâches- Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour toutes les questions spécifiques de vos clients.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients.
- Assurer la livraison rapide et réussie des services en fonction des besoins des clients.
- Communiquer avec ses collègues opérationnels les besoins des clients en vue d'assurer la croissance avec Titanium.
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance et de développement des ventes.
- Assister les clients dans leurs demandes de renseignement et d'information.
- Développer une nouvelle clientèle.
- Communiquer avec le service de tarification et utiliser les outils en place pour fixer les tarifs aux clients.
- Gérer la ligne de communication pour les demandes des clients.
- Gérer les problèmes qui peuvent survenir en communiquant avec le client.
- Entrer tout client potentiel dans notre CRM.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du transport ou de la logistique.
- Excellentes compétences en négociation et en service à la clientèle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en Français et en Anglais.
- Connaissances approfondies de la Suite Microsoft Office.
- Débrouillard, en mode solution.
- Expérience avec les appels à froid (Cold Calling), un atout.
- Expérience en courtage en Transport (3PL), un atout.
- Emploi à temps plein.
- Environnement de bureau (pas de travail à distance).
- Programme de rémunération plus que compétitif (Les plus performants sont récompensés).
