POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a resident concierge for one of our rental properties located in Laval. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participate in events organized for tenants when required.
Administration
  • Provide a high level of customer service
Health Care
  • Respond to all emergency situations
Construction
  • Clean the administrative office
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintain property areas and systems
  • Maintain the garden
  • Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
  • Make service calls
  • Preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Taking out the trash
Food Services
  • Perform other related duties
  • Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism both oral and written
  • Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
  • High school diploma (SSD)
  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
  • Car required
