POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Habitation du Souvenir building in Laval is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you considered a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
  • Make outdoor spring and winter preparations.
  • Make service calls
Construction
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
  • Keep the work environment clean
  • Maintain property areas and systems
  • Maintain the garden
  • Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
  • Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
  • Experience in customer service (an asset)
