The Contract CSU Process Specialist is responsible for leading the commissioning and start-up of process systems on projects at Foster Creek, Alberta. This role ensures systems are safely brought online in alignment with project requirements, collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and construction teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning & Start-Up:
  • Lead and manage the commissioning and start-up of process systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Testing & Verification:
  • Conduct pre-commissioning tests, validate system performance, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare commissioning documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Training & Handover:
  • Train operations staff and facilitate system handover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related field.
