Fitch Learning is currently seeking Program Directors to support our Regulatory Certification efforts in our Toronto Office. Fitch Learning provides services to support the design, development, and operational delivery of regulatory and professional exams around the world. As part of our growth in this space we are recruiting program directors with experience in the regulatory examination space in Toronto, Canada, with a focus on leading large scale regulatory exam / assessment content design activity.

We'll Count on You To:
- Collaborate with our clients, the wider industry, and internal Fitch Learning teams including Fitch Learning Subject Matter Experts to drive the development of robust, defensible, and modern syllabuses and exams.
- Engage with our clients, the wider industry and internal Fitch Learning teams to study design briefs and determine requirements for syllabuses and exams, schedule projects and define budget constraints, conceptualize designs based on requirements, prepare rough drafts and design ideas, test, amend designs after feedback.
- Bring your experience and vision to the services and products we create, ensuring we deliver high quality work that aligns with our brand expectations, including actively identifying, escalating, and mitigating project specific risks.
- Lead the day-to-day relationships with our stakeholders, including clients (regulatory organisations), critical vendors, and the governance groups.
- Assemble and run syllabus committees to support the independent validation of work undertaken.
- Working with third party translation and psychometric services, and supported by our existing content team, manage the content flow and secure storage relating to our developed exams and syllabuses.
- Use your independent thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues, and communicate with staff, vendors, and external organizations.
What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience of a leadership role in the design and development of high stakes and high-volume exams.
- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary, high-performing teams, including the capability to work with technical content.
- Analytical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform within deadlines.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with others. Must be able to develop a work plan and perform in a team environment.
- Canadian citizen or legally approved to be employed in this position in Canada.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Experience of regulatory or financial services examinations.
- Experience of using modern technology tools (such as Data Analysis, AI) to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with delivery software and technologies.
Class: Full-time, exempt

Moderate travel may be required.
