Examples of what you will do in this role:

  • Thought Leadership: Be the “go-to” expert for Marketing Capabilities across the Marketing team, developing strong partnerships across internal cross-functional stakeholders, external agency partners & retail partners to influence best-in-class execution of our portfolio of brands.
  • Planning & Execution: In partnership with Brand Leads and in line with brand strategy, leading the execution of Marketing campaigns across Trade/Shopper platforms, E-Commerce/Retailer Media, Always On Digital/Web & Social/Influencer Marketing and Trial-driving initiatives such as sampling & couponing.
  • Measuring Campaign Effectiveness & Return-on-Investment (ROI): Establishing & tracking consistent metrics across relevant marketing media mix, specifically to measure campaign effectiveness & ROI. Inputs to guide campaign planning & future investment prioritization.
  • Team Coaching & Leadership: Leadership of the next generation of Wonderbrands Marketers with focus on building internal capabilities and developing a new, best-in-class approach towards performance measurement & campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications or relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in a Marketing role – specifically looking for individuals with strong leadership of Ecommerce, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing campaigns who can effectively measure & improve ROI.
  • Coaching & Team leadership
  • Self-motivated individual with a high energy level and a progressive business attitude
  • Proven ability to effectively navigate organizational complexity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to new situations with flexibility, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with aptitude in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to generate insightful reports and presentations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects and priorities with tight timelines.
  • French & English bilingual capability an asset.
