  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance/Asset Management Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and upkeep of our company's assets, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively to support our operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for all company assets.
  • Plan and schedule regular maintenance sessions to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and contractors to execute maintenance activities according to established schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of company assets to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance schedules.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in asset performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to manage inventory levels of spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance activities.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for maintenance personnel and contractors.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on maintenance activities, budgets, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, asset management, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
