Who we’re looking for:
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Tow Truck Operator with experience in vehicle towing and transportation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in wrecker/towing or heavy-duty vehicle operations.

Customer-Focused. You provide prompt and courteous service both in person and on the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
You Will:
Provide efficient, safe, and professional pick-up and delivery of vehicles associated with fleet/lease, factory, and dealer consignments.
Interact with customers to verify vehicle information and condition.
Complete condition reports as required by the customer and accurately manage paperwork related to pick-up and delivery functions.
Load and unload vehicles safely without causing damage.
Operate trucks in compliance with safety regulations and report any incidents or mechanical problems immediately to the Manager or Supervisor.
Resolve customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise the Manager or Supervisor of any serious complaints or incidents.
Maintain a good flow of communication with all personnel and promote positive employee relations and morale.
Be subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.
You Have:
2+ years of experience in wrecker/towing or heavy-duty vehicle operations.
Valid driver’s license
CVOR with AZ/DZ license
The ability to perform heavy physical work with constant activities includes balancing, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
