Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Sales/Revenue Operations Manager who can double as the Chief of Staff to lead our revenue-generating activities and optimize sales performance. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be responsible for leading sales operations, governance, annual planning, configuring HubSpot, and leading special projects as assigned by the CRO.
Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Administration: Take ownership of HubSpot ensuring it is effectively configured to meet the needs of our sales team.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity, maintenance, and hygiene initiatives within HubSpot.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that offer key performance metrics for the sales team and leadership, especially:
- Meeting the expected revenue target.
- Determining the scale of the account executive team needed.
- Measuring Account Executive performance and recommending improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in business management, sales operations, sales planning, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot at an advanced level and strong knowledge of CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective leadership abilities and team management experience.
- A demonstrated history of effectively liaising between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree – BSC or BBA, or similar field.
- Master’s in marketing management (preferred).
