Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the success of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams in program development, documentation, and execution.
  3. Manage contract negotiations, program scope, schedules, and budgets.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Conduct program reviews, manage risk, and develop corrective action plans.
  6. Facilitate open communication channels across all levels of the organization.
  7. Ensure program plans are maintained and executed effectively.
  8. Drive continuous improvement and maintain program performance throughout its life cycle.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field)
  2. PMP certification is preferred.
  3. 10+ years of experience in Aerospace or Nuclear Manufacturing Program/Project Management.
  4. Proven leadership in managing large, complex programs and teams.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience in contract management, vendor relations, and on-site audits.
  7. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
