A career as a Product Owner in the Digital Customer Experience team at National Bank means acting as a guardian of customer experience and business value. This job will allow you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.

Your job:
  • Act as a Product Owner (PO - according to the Scrum/Agile methodology) in complex projects that translate into functionalities
  • Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the realization of the solution development roadmap
  • Slice and sequence a target vision in order to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors, which includes: Building and managing the product backlog that allows the business vision to be achieved AND prioritizing the MVP (minimum viable product) to the delivery team based on business value
  • Accompany and support adaptation to change, obtain buy-in from others and manage resistance to change
  • Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.
Your team:
Within the Digital Customer Experience sector, you are part of a team of 13 colleagues whose profiles are divided between "digital" business analyst and "digital" product owner, working in "startup" mode in an agile delivery mode.
Prerequisite:
  • Experience in solution delivery as a Product Owner (P.O.) of at least 5 years, ideally in a financial service (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.)
  • Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and deliver without having all the specifications
  • Great ease in evolving in a complex technological universe in perpetual transformation
  • Ability to organize/lead workshops
  • Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and other roadmap visualization tools (ProductBoard, Productmap, etc.)
  • Mastery of Design Thinking methodologies and tools.
