The Sales Coordinator will support the Industrial and Back-up Power Sales teams by providing inside sales assistance. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and coordinating sales deliveries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high customer satisfaction and will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and service billings.
  • Manage order processing for local and national accounts.
  • Schedule installations and dispatch Service Technician teams.
  • Coordinate with inventory management and sales for timely product ordering.
  • Communicate technical issues to internal and external customers.
  • Accurately process scrap, purchases, and sales orders.

Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • High school diploma.
  • 2-6 years of sales coordination experience.
  • Battery industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible work style to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills, including technical information.
