Poste : Commis comptable

Date de début : Plus tôt possible

Statut du poste : Temps plein, lundi au vendredi (40 heures semaine)

Lieu du poste : Montréal

Langues parlées et écrites: Français et Anglais

Horaire de travail : Lundi au vendredi (40 heures semaine)

Description du poste et responsabilités:

  • Comptes fournisseurs;
    • Valider et comptabiliser les factures des fournisseurs;
    • Vérifier les états de compte;
    • Préparer les factures à payer;
    • Vérifier et comptabiliser les rapports de dépenses;
    • Vérifier et comptabiliser les dépenses effectuées par carte de crédit;
    • Répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs;
  • Préparer les dépôts bancaires;
  • Effectuer les encaissements
  • Procéder et encaisser les paiements par carte de crédit;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Profil recherché :

  • Posséder au minimum 2 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire (un atout);
  • Minutie, discrétion et souci du détail;
  • Avoir de l’initiative et le sens de l’organisation;
  • Détenir une bonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
  • Démontrer des habiletés au niveau des communications et des relations interpersonnelles;
  • Être dynamique et aimer le travail d’équipe.

Connaissances et exigences requises :

  • Niveau de scolarité requis, posséder un DEP en comptabilité DEC/Certificat (un atout);
  • Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais) oral et écrit;
  • Connaissances informatiques : Suite Office;
