Position Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist at Aeroex Technologies, you will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and supporting our sales initiatives through engaging, high-quality digital content. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creative abilities by developing marketing materials—such as brochures, catalogs, and social media campaigns—while assisting in video creation and editing projects. Your efforts will directly support the sales team, helping them reach their targets and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Content Creation: Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, product catalogs, infographics, and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), as well as monitoring engagement and driving audience growth.
  • Video Production & Editing: Collaborate with technical staff and other internal stakeholders to create engaging product demonstration videos, customer testimonials, and short promotional clips.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Aeroex Technologies’ brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional look across all channels.
  • Sales Team Support: Work closely with the sales representatives to understand their needs, provide necessary marketing tools, and support lead-generation campaigns.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Assist with research initiatives to stay informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and best practices for content marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design and video editing tools.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Creative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop engaging visual and written content.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and quality control.
