Technicien(ne) en Structure

  • Votre quotidien : De développer votre carrière dans une entreprise humaine où l’ambiance est conviviale
  • D’occuper un poste stimulant qui combine travaux techniques, conception, dessins et suivi de projets
  • D’être partie prenante du développement énergétique durable comme technicien-concepteur pour des producteurs d’électricité publics et privés au Québec
  • D’influencer l’orientation et de concevoir des projets de réfection, d’entretien et/ou d’agrandissement en participant à toutes les étapes de ceux-ci en collaboration avec des ingénieurs et techniciens de toutes disciplines
  • D’aller en chantier occasionnellement pour réaliser des relevés et effectuer le suivi de travaux
  • De participer à la conception de projets de différentes envergures en civil (structure)
  • De travailler en équipe sur des projets multidisciplinaires, avec les autres places d’affaires.
  • D’assister les ingénieurs dans leurs tâches de conception et de participer à la préparation des plans et devis
  • D’agir à titre de responsable de discipline pour divers projets

Votre parcours

  • Votre candidature retiendra notre attention si vous possédez les expertises et expériences suivantes :Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) dans un domaine relié à l'électricité ou équivalent
  • Minimum 7 ans d’expériences pertinentes dans le domaine de la structure
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Carte ASP Construction (santé et sécurité sur les chantiers de construction)
  • Être axé sur la résolution de situations techniques et posséder un sens critique
  • Être à l’aise avec le dessin technique et les logiciels tels qu’AutoCAD (Catia ou Inventor seraient un atout)

Structural Technician

  • Your daily responsibilities: Develop your career within a people-focused company with a friendly atmosphere.
  • Hold a stimulating position that combines technical work, design, drafting, and project management.
  • Be actively involved in sustainable energy development as a designer-technician for public and private electricity producers in Quebec.
  • Influence project direction and design for refurbishment, maintenance, and/or expansion by participating in all project phases in collaboration with engineers and technicians from various disciplines.
  • Occasionally visit job sites to conduct surveys and oversee work progress.
  • Contribute to the design of civil (structural) projects of varying scales.
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects with teams from different business units.
  • Assist engineers in their design tasks and contribute to the preparation of plans and specifications.
  • Serve as the discipline lead on various projects.
  • Your Background: A college diploma (DEC) in a field related to electricity or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in structural work.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • ASP Construction certification (health and safety on construction sites).
  • A focus on solving technical issues and possessing critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in technical drawing and software such as AutoCAD (experience with Catia or Inventor is an asset).
