Description du rôle

· La personne titulaire définit, conçoit et documente l’architecture d’affaires des initiatives du programme. Les initiatives sous sa responsabilité présentent des risques et des enjeux de complexité importante et nécessitent des arrimages de même que des stratégies de déploiement et d'implantation de complexité importante. Elle est appelée à composer avec différentes parties prenantes ainsi que des impacts et des synergies de complexités moyennes. Elle participe à assurer la cohésion, la simplification et l'intégration entre les solutions d'affaires des différentes initiatives du programme. Elle est également responsable d'assurer la conformité de l’initiative par rapport aux besoins d'affaires et aux objectifs du programme.

Responsabilités principales

· Définir, concevoir et documenter l’architecture d’affaires des initiatives du programme (solution d’affaires, processus cibles, besoins d’affaires, etc.) dans le respect des besoins d’affaires, de la solution globale, de l’architecture d’affaires cible

· Participer à l’identification, la définition (portée; valeur d’affaires; critères de priorisation), l’estimation et la planification des initiatives (structure de découpage, échéancier et efforts)

· Assurer le respect de la portée de l’initiative

· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’architecte de solution, les analystes d’affaires et les experts métier dans la définition de la solution

· Collaborer à l’élaboration des stratégies requises pour la livraison de l’initiative (stratégie de réalisation, stratégie de déploiement et activation, stratégie qualité, etc.)

· Assurer l’arrimage avec le conseiller/ère en architecture d’affaires du domaine

· Assurer l’intégration des travaux d’analyse d’affaires nécessaires à la réalisation des initiatives

· Participer à l’élaboration des calendriers de conservation des données de même que la stratégie de décommissionnement de la solution patrimoniale correspondante.

· Effectuer la présentation des solutions d’affaires aux différents comités de révisions d’architecture

· Collaborer avec les équipes transversales responsable de la plateforme de données

· Accompagner l’architecte de données dans l’élaboration de l’architecture et la modélisation conceptuelle et logique des données

Profil recherché

· Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée

· Huit (8) années d'expérience pertinentes en architecture d’affaires dans un contexte d’intelligence d’affaires

· Expérience en projet visant la livraison de solutions affaires et TI

· Maîtriser l’anglais de niveau intermédiaire à l’oral et à l’écrit

· Connaissance du domaine de l’assurance générale (atout)
