Summary

As a Direct Marketing Communications Specialist, you will act as project manager in overseeing and executing digital and direct marketing communication campaigns. In this collaborative position, you will work in close partnership with our internal partners in marketing, product, network, brand, and legal as well as with our external creative agencies. This position reports to the Manager, Cross-sell Marketing Communications, executing campaigns that drive sales of new products and services to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing communications strategy across physical mail, email, SMS/MMS, paid digital media including programmatic display, paid social, and paid search, and across owned digital properties.
  • Create detailed marketing communication briefs that will reach campaign objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Champion the digital experience in the MyBell app, understand how it impacts campaign performance across various portfolios.
  • Ensure Bell Consumer advertising accurately communicates our products, offers, network superiority, and key device features – from the legal, pricing, network, and product perspectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders and external agency partners.

Critical Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in digital/direct marketing communications, with a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, and/or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within the telecommunications industry is an asset.
