Forklift Field Service Manager

Our client in Brampton is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join their fast-growing team of technicians to service clients daily. This position is a full-time with an employer that’s been in business for over 45 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with monthly KPI’s and Absent Management
  • Open and close work orders
  • Liaison with upper management and other department managers
  • Organizing quarterly service communication meeting for technicians
  • Responsible for managing all field service personnel
  • Responsible for the reporting Department’s revenue
  • Responsible for production of all technicians
  • Manage fleet of field trucks



Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Forklift Industry
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Industry knowledge and product line
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook mandatory
  • $80 - $90k a year + Bonus & Deferred Profit-Sharing program
  • Employee life insurance, AD & D, LTD, Healthcare, Dental, Medical and Prescription drug plan.
