Senior Financial Analyst role in our Corporate Finance team.


This is an office-based role with the option of a hybrid work arrangement.


Must be available to come into the London, Ontario office 3 days per week.

You have the ability to manage requirements elicitation activities with a variety of stakeholders and manage a workload that involves tasks from concurrently running initiatives.


You have a university degree or 3-year Advance Diploma or Graduate Certificate in Finance, Accounting or related field of study and you are a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or are working towards your designation. You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. You also have experience and a keen interest in building OneStream reports and/or IT coding required to maintain and develop new reporting. Any experience servicing clients operating internationally is an asset. You have advanced skills in MS Office, experience working with OneStream as an administrator and PowerBI. You can analyze complex financial data and prepare large consolidated/audited financial statements.


Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will prepare accurate and timely financial reporting for the Trudell Medical Group in compliance with accounting standards, and assist with providing analytical insights contributing to business value and growth.


Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare accurate quarterly consolidated financial statements and reporting for the Trudell Group in a timely manner
  • Assist Manager with the development of a standardized monthly financial reporting package in OneStream and timely distribution of the package to the TML executive team
  • Assist Manager in reviewing and analyzing monthly & quarterly reporting packages from operating companies to ensure accuracy, identify key issues and trends, and work with operating companies to understand variances
  • Assist Manager in elevating performance management reporting quality by implementing continuous improvements to OneStream reports, through development of new reporting, KPIs and dashboards


Insurance Program

  • Assist in preparing financial data required for the annual renewal of Trudell Medical Group commercial insurance program
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of insurance risks and emerging risks across the organization
  • Liaise with the Company’s insurance brokers and operations to provide information required for the annual renewals of various commercial coverages


Financial System Administration

  • Administer OneStream Corporate Reporting system to ensure accurate data feeds, structural and mapping updates, and documentation of procedures & maintenance tasks
  • Administer the Global Trudell Medical Group Concur and Direct Travel Platform, including but not limited to the performance of structural, expense accounts and audit rule updates as required
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reporting and analysis for Concur and Direct Travel spend and identify areas to expand the program resulting in additional value to the company
  • Prepare and maintain user guides for Financial Systems including OneStream, Concur, and Direct Travel
  • Keep professionally up to date on financial reporting technology, trends, and changes
