Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will manage and grow a company's social media presence. This role involves creating engaging content, developing and executing a content strategy, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with a community, expanding the audience, and ensuring the brand messaging aligns with the company's business goals. This is a remote, flexible position paid hourly.


Minimum qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a portfolio showcasing previous work
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and engagement tactics
  • Ability to create high-quality content (graphics, videos, carousels, and captions)
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and improve engagement
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Prior experience working with restaurants is a plus


Location: Fully remote, flexible schedule

Contract: Freelance
