Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front of House Manager at Eggstatic Artisan Breakfast & Brunch, located in Kingston, ON. The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage and train staff, and handle food and beverage responsibilities. Additional tasks include scheduling, coordinating with kitchen staff, managing sales, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Proficiency in Training staff and leadership
  • Sales experience and ability to meet targets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus
  • High emotional intelligence with a passion for hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is preferred
