We’re looking for an experienced solution engineer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.

As a senior low-code or no-code solution engineer, you’ll hone your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You’ll use the latest cloud tools as you look for ways to support your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge and your appetite to learn, you’ll work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs. You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

You Have:

•2+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.

•2+ years of experience with ServiceNow low-code or no-code platform.

•Experience with ServiceNow SecOps Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.

•Experience developing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps.

•Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, or CSS.

•Experience creating solutions to complex challenges in a collaborative team environment.

•Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web services.

•Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience.

Nice If You Have:

•Experience with CMDB and Configuration Items (CIs).

•Experience with Object Oriented Programming, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

•Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, Prototype libraries, Java, CMDB, or asset integrations in ServiceNow

•Experience with application design concepts and tools, including using UML, ERD, and Flow Diagrams.

•Experience introducing open-source solutions into ServiceNow via Script Includes or as JS or CSS Includes.

•Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.

•Experience developing portals.

•Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Integrations.

•ServiceNow Certifications.

•ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundations Certification.

Clearance:

•Public Trust clearance is required.

•Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
