Primary Scope of Role


• Facility management including liaising with property management and service providers.

• Key and access card control.

• Reception including mail/courier coordination, and meeting room bookings.

• Stationery, office, and kitchen supplies ordering and inventory administration.

• Catering for internal meetings and events.

• Company event support and organization.

• Location specific Health & Safety (in collaboration with HSE team).

• Office aesthetic.

• Workstation/office allocation and floorplan maintenance.

• Office administrative procedures.

• GIP onsite café (vendor management).


Position Requirements


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Post-secondary education in office administration or hospitality.

• Past experience and success in an office management role.

• Competent people leader.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during working hours.
