Job Description

Your role will be responsible for supervising and serving food and beverage to guests within the events department. You will also assist with event setup, ensuring events are set up, run, and delivered to guest expectations at the Raffles London OWO.

Maintaining exceptional levels of guest communication, preparation, and delivery of all events and meetings across the events department is essential. The role involves the ability to pre-empt guest expectations.

You will work in close contact with the planning, kitchen, bar, and events teams to ensure guest expectations are met and surpassed.
