The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes Business requirements and create technology requirements by collaborating with different business teams.
  • Create Technology solutions by collaborating with technology team members.
  • Deliver end-to-end solution using high quality standards in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to trouble shoot issues and provide solutions to the issues.
  • Willing to learn Financial business and new programming languages.
  • The candidate should be able to handle the full life-cycle of the project from requirements analysis to final implementation and rollout into production and also have outstanding communication skills.

Skills Required

  • Hands on programming experience in C++/Python/Java is required
  • Hands on Programming experience in scripting languages Perl/Shell scripting is required
  • Experience with querying and analyzing the data using Sybase and MS Excel
  • Fixed Income/MBS business knowledge is a definite preference.
  • Hands on programming experience in KDB+/Q/Functional programming is plus.
