Notre équipe mondiale recrute des talents exceptionnels pour créer des logiciels qui permettent à nos clients d'imaginer, de concevoir et de construire un monde meilleur. Alors qu'Autodesk progresse dans la transition de l'abonnement, la numérisation et la réimagination de la fabrication, de la construction et de la production, ce rôle est essentiel pour fournir les talents nécessaires à notre succès. Relevant de notre directeur principal, Recrutement technique (Canada), vous gérerez le cycle complet de recrutement, en élaborant et en exécutant des stratégies de recrutement et d'approvisionnement novatrices. Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les équipes d'embauche technique et les membres de l'équipe élargie de recrutement et de RH afin d'atteindre nos objectifs d'embauche.

Responsabilités
  • Recrutement basé sur les données : Définir, concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement pour les postes techniques. Comprendre et cartographier le paysage des talents, calibrer en interne et aligner ces points de données avec l'offre de talents externes.
  • Partenaire des talents : Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les responsables du recrutement, les dirigeants, les RH, les conseillers en soutien aux candidats et les équipes financières.
  • Innovation : Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de sourcing créatives au-delà de LinkedIn, y compris des canaux de recrutement diversifiés et de nouveaux outils/techniques de recrutement.
  • Approche consultative : Interviewer et présélectionner les candidats, faire des recommandations aux responsables du recrutement. Partager les métriques et les données du marché pour identifier les tendances et influencer les décisions en matière de talents.
  • Responsabilité : Assurer une expérience exceptionnelle pour le gestionnaire de recrutement et le candidat à chaque point de contact.
  • Engagement des candidats : Exceller dans l'approche, la narration et le marketing des candidats par le biais de plateformes sociales, de campagnes médiatiques et d'autres outils numériques.
  • Piloté par les processus : Articuler et négocier les offres d'emploi, en communiquant clairement tous les aspects, y compris le salaire, les options d'achat d'actions, les avantages et les primes.
  • Collaboration : Contribuer à l'équipe de recrutement mondiale en améliorant et en mettant en œuvre des programmes visant à pourvoir les postes vacants et à constituer un vivier de candidats. Faire preuve de flexibilité pour prendre en charge des projets supplémentaires selon les besoins.
Qualifications minimales
  • 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans le recrutement, avec un cycle complet de recrutement dans le domaine de la technologie (au sein d'une entreprise ou d'une agence).
  • Expérience et succès avéré dans le recrutement de talents techniques avec des compétences émergentes (technologies cloud, développement logiciel, ingénierie des données, IA, apprentissage automatique et science des données, et connexes).
  • Succès avéré dans l'utilisation de techniques de sourcing passif pour amplifier le pipeline de candidats.
  • Capacité avérée à établir des relations de travail efficaces avec les dirigeants et les équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Capacité à utiliser les perspectives et les données du marché des talents pour influencer les décisions et les stratégies d'embauche (LinkedIn Talent Insights, ou d'autres sources).
  • Attitude positive, haut degré d'appropriation et approche axée sur les résultats.
Position Overview

Our global team recruits exceptional talent to create software that empowers our customers to imagine, design, and build a better world. As Autodesk advances through subscription transition, digitization, and reimagining manufacturing, construction, and production, this role is pivotal in delivering the talent necessary for our success. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting (Canada), you will manage full-cycle recruitment, developing and executing innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies. You will partner with technical hiring teams and extended recruiting and HR team members to meet our hiring objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Define, design, and implement recruiting strategies for technical roles. Understand and map the talent landscape, calibrate internally, and align these data points with external talent supply.
  • Talent Partner: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership, HR, Candidate Support Advisors and Finance teams.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn, including diversity recruiting channels and new recruiting tools/techniques.
  • Consultative Approach: Interview and screen candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers. Share metrics and market data to identify trends and influence talent decisions.
  • Accountability: Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience at every touch point.
  • Candidate Engagement: Excel in candidate outreach, storytelling, and marketing through social platforms, media campaigns, and other digital tools.
  • Process-Driven: Articulate and negotiate job offers, clearly communicating all aspects including salary, stock options, benefits, and bonuses.
  • Collaboration: Contribute to the global recruiting team by improving and implementing programs to fill openings and build a candidate pipeline. Be flexible to take on additional projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in recruiting, handling full cycle technology recruitment (within corporate or agency environments).
  • Experience and proven success hiring technical talent with emerging skills (cloud technologies, software development, data engineering, AI, machine learning, and data science, and related).
  • Proven success utilizing passive sourcing techniques to amplify candidate pipeline.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to use talent market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and strategies (LinkedIn Talent Insights, or other sources).
  • Positive attitude, high degree of ownership, and results-focused approach.
