Une carrière en tant qu'analyste dans l'équipe Opérations financement entreprise à la Banque Nationale, c'est agir en tant que spécialiste aux activités de financement commercial. Tu es passionné par l’analyse, tu as un intérêt à préparer les dossiers de financement d’entreprise et tu as à cœur de fournir un travail de qualité pour nos clients et partenaires. Ton emploi
  • Analyser les demandes de financement soumises afin de les interpréter et de déterminer si les documents nécessaires au débours ont été obtenus par rapport à l’autorisation de crédit émise
  • Examiner les ordres du jour et les mémos de crédit pour valider les demandes reçues de nos partenaires et autoriser les débours.
  • Rédiger les lettres d’offre et de garanties en respectant les normes de conformité établies.
  • Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour optimiser les processus.
  • Creuser davantage les analyses en procédant par un processus de questionnements multiples.
  • Prendre des initiatives pour résoudre les problèmes et apporter des solutions créatives de manière autonome

Ton équipe
Notre équipe s’agrandit à Edmonton pour répondre aux besoins grandissant de notre clientèle entreprise. Au sein du secteur Opérations Entreprise, tu fais partie d’une équipe dynamique de 10-15 collègues et tu relèves du directeur principal Opérations financement entreprise. Au quotidien, tu collabores avec les partenaires situés dans l’ouest canadien et avec les équipes de Montréal.
Ta formation est bâtie sur un parcours dynamique qui jumèle des cours-classe, des formations en ligne et de l’apprentissage dans l’action qui te mène à bien maîtriser ton métier. Les contenus de formation personnalisés sur des sujets tels que les solutions de financement sont disponibles pour favoriser ton apprentissage en continue. L’accès à des collègues possédant différentes expertises, expériences et profils diversifiés vient enrichir ton développement à tous les points de vue.
Prérequis
  • Études postsecondaires terminées
  • Excellente maîtrise rédactionnelle (anglaise)
  • Excellente habileté en communication verbale et écrite
  • Agilité et bonne capacité d’adaptation aux changements
  • Faire preuve de curiosité, d’autonomie, de débrouillardise et de rigueur tout en ayant un excellent esprit d’équipe
  • Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Teams, Power BI)
