- Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of residential multifamily projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources under the guidance of project managers.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Monitor project performance and generate regular reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers. Facilitate communication between all parties, manage delivery schedules, and address any issues that arise to ensure smooth project execution.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the project adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and coordinate with quality control teams to uphold construction standards and resolve any compliance issues.
