Overview:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Coach will be primarily responsible for training new sale representatives semi-monthly and ensuring they are able to successfully graduate from the training program. They must motivate and encourage the team to achieve their key performance indicators. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership skill with excellence in communication, passion for sales, and ability to drive performance within the sales team. They will be able to foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration within the Sales Department.


Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new sale representatives

· Conduct training sessions semi-monthly and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team

· Mentor and provide ongoing coaching to sales representatives to help them achieve their KPIs

· Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives

· Provide regular feedback including identifying areas for improvement and action plan to address issues

· Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

· Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

· Prepare and provide regular updates and reports to senior managements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in Real Estate Industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
