As we scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Director who will elevate our brand, generate high-quality leads, and optimize our marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a creative, data-driven marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You should be as comfortable crafting high-converting ad campaigns as you are analyzing performance data to refine strategy. If you love being on camera, engaging with audiences, and leading innovative marketing campaigns, this role is for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Establish KPI tracking & reporting, using data insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor a growing marketing team as we scale.
Creative & Content Development
  • Oversee content creation across social media, video, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Act as an on-camera personality for company marketing materials, social content, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging ad creatives and brand visuals.
  • Plan and execute event marketing, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives.
Data & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance through A/B testing, analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Own the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation and cost-effective ad strategies.
  • Develop SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
Qualifications & Skills

✅ 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in home services, real estate, or consumer products.

✅ Expertise in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, retargeting, and performance marketing).

✅ Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking KPIs, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance.

✅ Comfortable being on camera for marketing materials, testimonials, and social media.

✅ Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement.

✅ Sociable and outgoing, able to represent the brand in person at events and industry functions.

✅ Experience managing a team or working cross-functionally with sales and operations.

✅ Proficiency in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, ad managers, and automation platforms.
