The Solutions Manager helps industry thrive by understanding our clients' objectives, identifying areas where support is needed, and aligning our deliverables to address their safety and operational challenges. This is achieved through energy, production and asset optimization, as well as maintenance programs and post-sales repairs to ensure long-term enduring customer value. They work closely with our suppliers, market, customers and internal sales team to develop and market the products, services and solutions in their area of responsibility. They are instrumental in driving business growth, empowering sales teams, and delivering exceptional value to customers.

What You Bring To The Table
  1. Drive growth of responsible products, services and solutions portfolio through innovative sales programs, tools, and campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with the Business Unit Leader to set growth goals, industry strategies, and operational plans.
  3. Develop market penetration initiatives, sales strategies, and marketing requirements.
  4. Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to execute growth initiatives.
  5. Work closely with internal and external sales teams for opportunity identification and pursuit.
  6. Support sales teams with technical expertise, advanced knowledge of isolation valve solutions, and proposal development.
  7. Ensure alignment with customer needs, evaluate opportunities, and supports the creation of winning proposals.
  8. Engage in consultative pre-sales activities and create a compelling customer vision.
  9. Develop and prepare training documentation.
  10. Determine appropriate channels for training delivery.
  11. Design and create eLearning training modules and videos for micro topics.
  12. Conduct needs assessments and engage with clients to ensure that the training solution meets their business goals and training requirements.
  13. Develop new programs, including training materials, to align with business objectives, needs and strategies.
  14. Provide product support, coaching, and training to the sales team.
  15. Provide leadership and training on new lines of business and services to management and staff.
  16. Develop a training plan that supports the business strategy and critical success factors.
  17. Oversee successful transfer of sales to execution, ensuring clear objectives and scope.
  18. Guarantee customer satisfaction by delivering the value promised, managing relationships, and approving Quantified Business Results.
  19. Maintain a rich and fair funnel for initiatives, contributing to the Business Unit's financial success.
Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful
  1. Bachelor of Engineering or DEC in Engineering Technologies (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum 3 years' industrial sales experience in B2B environment.
  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software.
  4. Knowledge of industrial automation products and services.
  5. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software.
  6. Knowledge of heavy industry market in Eastern Canada.
  7. French and English (Advanced).
  8. Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate).
  9. Social Media Software (Intermediate).
WORK LOCATION:

Kirkland, QC. Hybrid, possibility of occasional telework.
