Job Title: Solution Architect IT/Management

As a Solution Architect IT/Management, you will be responsible for developing a Statement of Work contract with the selected business partner and/or customer and service delivery partner, ensuring that requirements are explicitly documented to prevent exposure.

You will manage assigned opportunities and contribute to the overall business within the services group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and negotiate Statements of Work with business partners and customers
  • Manage assigned opportunities and contribute to business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Lenovo's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Solution and Cost Development of Managed and Professional Services
  • Contract creation and SOW development
  • Ability to upskill to solutioning mid-complex DaaS solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
