About the Role

We're hiring a creative and performance-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist based in Toronto to lead our brand building and digital presence. This is a full-stack marketing role — you'll be hands-on in content creation, video editing, social growth, SEO, and paid campaigns.

You'll work closely with the founder and sales team to develop and execute a marketing strategy that positions CallSmart as a leading voice in dental-tech across Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, film, and edit high-quality content (short-form videos, clips, reels, stories, testimonials, explainer content)

Design and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to build brand awareness and credibility

Create a consistent and strategic content calendar tailored to the dental and healthcare industry

Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads

Apply SEO best practices to website content, blogs, and YouTube descriptions for discoverability

Write marketing copy that is clear, engaging, and tailored to our audience (dentists and clinic managers)

Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimizations

Collaborate with the sales team to support outreach and lead generation through aligned messaging

Build and manage email campaigns (newsletters, updates, lead nurturing)

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and dental industry events

Must-Have Qualifications


• Based in Toronto, with the ability to attend local events or film in-office content


• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation


• Experience filming, editing, and producing video content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts


• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills


• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads


• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization tools (like Yoast, SurferSEO, etc.)


• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment


• Organized with the ability to manage a content calendar and multiple campaigns at once

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience marketing to dental offices, healthcare clinics, or in the B2B SaaS space


• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs


• Experience working at or with early-stage startups


• Skills in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Klaviyo)


• Strong understanding of performance metrics and digital growth KPIs


• Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills
