Job Overview
We're looking for a Rockstar Content and Community Marketing Specialist to contribute to our organic content strategy and community engagement. This role will focus on driving inbound traffic by creating SEO-first long-form content, managing our social presence, and developing high-value assets like whitepapers to attract and engage prospects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Craft high-quality, long-form blogs that prioritize customer needs while incorporating SEO best practices — all without relying solely on AI-generated content.
- Collaborate with thought leaders to develop insightful content that addresses key industry pain points.
- Develop lead magnets like whitepapers and reports that help drive high-quality leads.
- Design compelling visuals to support blogs, whitepapers, and other content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Social Media Management
- Own and execute organic social day-to-day media strategy, particularly on LinkedIn and Reddit, to engage with prospects and promote relevant content.
- Proactively engage with target audiences, suggest solutions, and nurture leads through community interactions.
- Build and foster an active community of prospects, customers, and industry experts.
- Leverage industry trends and conversations to position OrderEase as a trusted advisor.
Sales Enablement Support
- Meet regularly with the sales team to curate and refine sales enablement materials.
- Adapt content to align with sales strategies and customer pain points to accelerate deal velocity.
Visual Asset Creation
- Create compelling visual content using Canva (or similar tools) to support content, social posts, and lead magnets.
- Ensure all visual assets align with OrderEase's brand identity and messaging.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and engaging narrative across all channels.
- Identify content gaps and suggest innovative ways to deliver value to target audiences.
Skills & Qualifications
Content & SEO Expertise
- An understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to write for both search engines and humans without relying on AI-generated content.
Visual Design Proficiency
- Experience creating visual assets using Canva or equivalent tools.
- Ability to create visually dynamic content.
Social Media Savvy
- Knowledge of organic social media strategies, with hands-on experience managing and engaging on LinkedIn and Reddit.
- Ability to identify and engage with potential leads and industry influencers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably at a startup.
- Proven experience creating engaging long-form and short content.
- Strong design skills with experience using Canva or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of content marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.
