Description de la mission

Relevant du Spécialiste CRM et marketing relationnel, vous serez responsable de l'intégration et de l'optimisation des campagnes de marketing par courriel dans Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, afin de garantir le déploiement efficace de stratégies de courriels et de garantir une intégration harmonieuse avec les processus et les systèmes existants. Vous serez également responsable de coordonner les activités spécifiques du CRM et fournir un support aux membres de l’équipe.

Responsabilités premières :

  • Mettre en œuvre et gérer l'intégration de bout en bout des campagnes de courriels dans Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques et marketing pour assurer un flux de données transparent entre SFMC et d'autres plateformes pertinentes.
  • Concevoir et exécuter des tests A/B et/ou multivariés pour améliorer les campagnes et les mesures des clients ;
  • Exécuter le codage HTML et codage AMP Script pour les portions dynamiques;
  • Effectuer les vérifications d’assurance qualité complète pour nos campagnes;
  • Dépanner et résoudre rapidement les problèmes d'intégration de données;
  • Fournir au besoin le suivi des rapports des initiatives CRM détenues, ainsi que les performances des canaux CRM pour assurer une amélioration continue des performances et identifier de nouvelles opportunités ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes pour assurer le respect des listes de contrôle de l'initiative CRM, y compris la coordination des actifs et des copies, l'assurance qualité et les tests ;
  • Mettre en œuvre et participer à l'assurance qualité pour chaque campagne d'emailing, y compris les initiatives quotidiennes et saisonnières;
  • Soutenir la documentation de toutes les initiatives et processus importants que nous utilisons au sein de l'équipe, à l'aide de : Asana, Jira,
  • Confluence et autres outils pertinents.
  • Faire vivre les piliers de la culture au quotidien au sein de son équipe et en collaboration envers l’ensemble des départements.

Profil

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience confirmée dans l'intégration et la gestion de campagnes de courriels dans Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (2 à 3 ans d'expérience)
  • Solide compréhension de l'automatisation du marketing, de la segmentation et de la personnalisation.
  • Maîtrise des langages HTML, CSS et AMPscript pour la personnalisation des modèles de courriels.
  • Expérience des tests A/B, de l'analyse des données et de la création de rapports.
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de délivrabilité des courriels.
  • Certification Salesforce Marketing Cloud (souhaitée mais non obligatoire).
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage.
  • Souci du détail et engagement en faveur de la qualité.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, à respecter les délais souvent serrés et à travailler efficacement en équipe.
  • UX/UI : Des compétences de base UX/UI pour optimiser l’expérience utilisateur optimale sur différentes plateformes et écrans est nécessaire.
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension de la plateforme Email on Acid et/ou
  • Litmus ainsi que des pratiques de Q/A.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique où les délais sont souvent serrés;
  • Bilinguisme, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et bonnes habiletés de communications;
