The C4C Technical Architect/Lead will design and implement SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions, focusing on integrating multiple SAP and non-SAP systems. Based in Vancouver, this role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on experience in SAP C4C implementations, and the ability to lead development teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Solution Design and Integration:

  • Lead the integration of multiple SAP and non-SAP systems with SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Utilize tools and systems such as CPI, PI/PO, SOAP UI, ODATA web services, Cloud Application Studio, ECC, CRM Systems, and SAP JAM to create seamless integrations.
  • Design multi-tier architectures and blueprints for SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions.

Technical Implementation:

  • Implement solutions using ABSL, BODL, UI Script, MDRO, Embedded Components, Custom Print Forms, Custom Business Objects, SDK Fields, Mashups, Web Services, Custom Screens, and XML File Input.
  • Utilize UI Designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex solutions.
  • Leverage business analytics capabilities within SAP Sales and Service Cloud.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and supervise application development teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Facilitate effective scrum meetings, release planning, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Build strong relationships and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Experience and Expertise:

  • Deliver at least five full-cycle SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Provide solutions with a focus on Utilities and SAP I-SU when applicable.
  • Maintain basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CSV, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical roles, including SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud Application Studio (SDK), custom business objects, and multi-tier SAP architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in business analytics for SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with Utilities and SAP I-SU modules.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
