Job Description

Publicis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Production Designer to join our team.

As a senior designer, your key responsibilities are:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of production designers.
  2. Ensure all design work aligns with brand standards.
  3. Provide creative direction and feedback to team members.

Project Management:

  1. Oversee the production process from concept to final execution.
  2. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to define project scopes and timelines.

Quality Control:

  1. Review and approve design assets for print, digital and multimedia platforms.
  2. Maintain high standards for quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  3. Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot any design issues.
Qualifications

  4. Be able to maintain constant and efficient communication between multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years digital design and interactive work experience.
  2. Undergraduate degree or post-secondary certificate in Graphic Design.
  3. Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Able to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas.
  5. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury brand design across various touchpoints.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
  7. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
  8. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality in design execution.
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
