The Opportunity:

We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to enrich our creative team with dynamic, vibrant, and cheerful energy. This role is crucial in shaping the visual aspects of our educational content, packaging, social media, and promotional materials. Note, this role focuses on graphic design and is not related to UX or game design.


Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with content writers to transform ideas into visually compelling layouts.
  • Design Expertise: Create publishing, packaging, and promotional materials from scratch or based on existing art directions.
  • Brand Consistency: Champion consistency in design while adhering to our brand guidelines and style guide.
  • Creative Innovation: Exhibit a deep understanding of typography, design trends, and creativity.


What We're Looking For:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in graphic elements, layout creation, and preparing artworks for final production.
  • Understanding of color profiles, asset libraries, and design iterations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to pitch and present ideas effectively.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a passion for design.
