EZShop is looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to help retailers succeed in eCommerce. About EZShop:
EZShop is a Montreal-based eCommerce digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, paid marketing, social media, and web design. We help brick-and-mortar retailers transition online and scale their businesses on Shopify, Lightspeed, and Ecwid.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth. You will receive warm leads from SDRs and work closely with potential clients (retailers) to understand their business needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads to assess their digital marketing needs.
- Conduct discovery calls and strategy sessions with potential clients.
- Present and sell EZShop's services, including SEO, paid marketing, and web design.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120K OTE (On-Target Earnings) $60K base salary + uncapped commissions
- Realistic six-figure earning potential with a high close rate due to pre-qualified leads.
- No cold calling—all leads are provided by SDRs.

Who We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of sales AE experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
