Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of promotional products. You will represent our brand and values in the marketplace, ensuring that every client receives personalized service and exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to showcase our promotional products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their branding needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes that highlight product features and benefits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the promotional products or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for promoting Indigenous culture and values in business practices.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
